We have strengthened our Irish Asset Finance practice with the appointment of Catriona Henderson as of counsel, who will be based in our London office.
Catriona joins with 16 years of post-qualification experience advising on complex asset finance transactions, significantly strengthening our London-based offering. She trained at Watson, Farley & Williams, qualifying there, before moving to White & Case, and joins us from Reed Smith, where she has practised since 2016.
Catriona has extensive experience advising on aviation and shipping matters and supports clients across the full lifecycle of transactions, from inception through to closing. She is known for providing pragmatic, commercial advice on complex and highly structured mandates.
Based in London, Catriona will work alongside partner Donna Ager and associate Sophia Hitchcock, and as part of our wider Irish asset finance team, working closely with Dublin-based partners Matt Hedigan and Killian McSharry.
Her appointment demonstrates our continued commitment to providing clients with direct access to Irish law expertise in one of the world’s leading financial centres and reinforces our position as the only firm with Irish practising Asset Finance specialists in London
