Advising Damora Therapeutics, Inc. on its redomestication to the Cayman Islands

Our Cayman Islands Corporate team acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Damora Therapeutics, Inc. (formerly Galecto, Inc.) in connection with its redomestication from Delaware to the Cayman Islands. The redomestication was completed as part of a significant strategic transaction that included the acquisition of the privately held biotechnology company formerly known as Damora Therapeutics, Inc.

Now incorporated in the Cayman Islands, Damora Therapeutics, Inc. will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol 'DMRA'.
