Walkers Professional Services (WPS) has appointed Frank Eggloff as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its executive team as the business scales.
Frank brings more than 30 years' experience in international financial services, with a strong track record in financial strategy and business transformation. He joins a leadership team led by Chief Executive Officer
Steven Manning, and will help shape WPS's financial strategy as it broadens its service lines and deepens its presence across its investment hubs.
Before joining WPS, Frank was Chief Financial Officer at Universal Investment, one of Europe’s leading fund services and asset servicing platforms. He has also held senior roles at State Street, including Chief Financial Officer, EMEA and Chief Administration Officer, International Finance (EMEA & Asia Pacific).
Welcoming Frank to the business, Steven said: 'Frank joins us at an important moment as we enter a new chapter. He brings deep financial expertise and a pragmatic, commercial approach that will support our ambition, and I know he'll be a valued partner for us in the work ahead.'
Commenting on his appointment, Frank added: 'Clients want partners who can scale with them without dropping their standards. That is exactly what WPS is set up to do, and I’m looking forward to building the financial strength behind it.’
Frank's appointment follows
last month’s completion of the co-investment from Walkers and Vitruvian Partners into WPS. First announced in December 2025, the partnership establishes WPS as an operationally autonomous business within the wider Walkers platform.
