Our Cayman Islands Investment Funds team recently acted as legal counsel to Energy Capital Partners (ECP) on their sixth flagship equity strategy ECP VI (Fund VI).
The fund was substantially oversubscribed, raising $8.1 billion in total capital commitments in only 18 months, exceeding its $5 billion target.
