We have advised AIR Global plc on the successful completion of a US$425m offering of senior unsecured notes due 2031 and a US$75m revolving credit facility.
The transaction represents the latest step in our longstanding relationship with AIR. We previously advised AIR on its US$1.7bn business combination with Cantor Equity Partners III, Inc. and subsequently on the successful Nasdaq listing of AIR Global plc.
AIR Global is a consumer brands and innovation company with a presence in more than 90 markets worldwide. The financing was completed through AIR Limited, a wholly owned financing subsidiary of AIR Global plc.
We advised on the Jersey law aspects of the transaction. Our team was led by partner James Lydeard, supported by senior counsel Giles Butcher and associate Sarah McDonald from our Jersey Banking & Finance team.
James Lydeard commented: 'We are pleased to have supported AIR Global on this significant financing transaction. Having advised the group on key stages of its corporate journey, including its business combination and Nasdaq listing, it is particularly rewarding to continue supporting the company as it executes its growth and funding strategy.'
'This transaction also highlights the strength of our integrated approach, drawing on expertise across our Corporate and Banking & Finance teams and across jurisdictions to deliver seamless advice.'
