We will be hosting the Channel Islands' Employment Law Conference again this year, in both Jersey and Guernsey.

This year's event will focus on protecting your business and will cover key issues including: post termination restrictions; confidentiality; intellectual property and database rights; data protection; and regulatory considerations.
 
The conference will be led by partners Sarah Ash and Daniel Read, senior counsel Danielle Brouard and associate Lauren James, who will be joined by members of our Channel Islands' regulatory team.
