The target, a speciality insurance company operating in North America and Europe successfully provides underwriting capacity to Managing General Agents. Working alongside the client team and onshore counsel Latham & Watkins in London and New York, our fluent understanding of Bermuda regulation is an important element in delivering this yet to be completed deal.
