Marliana Armengol is an Associate in the firm's Finance & Capital Markets Group.

Marliana has extensive experience advising on domestic and international corporate and finance transactions across Latin America, the UK and Ireland.

Her work includes advising on structured finance, corporate finance, securitisation, capital markets and general finance matters with a particular interest in complex cross-border transactions and commercially driven legal solutions.

Experience and recent work

Prior to joining Walkers, Marliana worked in the Corporate Transactions and Innovation department of a leading Irish law firm building on her prior corporate and finance experience in the UK and Latin America.
