She has experience across the full lifecycle of private funds, from fund raising and formation through downstream acquisitions and exits, as well as end of life considerations.
Lauren has experience in advising clients with the establishment and structuring of foundation companies and with projects involving cryptoassets, decentralised finance and blockchain focused funds.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Lauren was an associate in the Private Equity M&A Group at Kirkland & Ellis International LLP in London. She specialised in private equity transactions, advising private equity houses and their portfolio companies on cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
Lauren trained at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in London, where she spent four months seconded to Sullivan & Cromwell's Sydney office.
