Nick is an associate in the Corporate group in Walkers' Dubai office.
Nick advises on Cayman Islands and BVI law in relation to a wide range of corporate and fund transactions, including series financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, investment funds, and private equity.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Nick worked in the London Corporate team of leading US law firm Latham & Watkins, advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on private equity, private M&A transactions, and early-stage investments. While at Latham & Watkins, Nick completed client secondments to the London offices of leading private equity firms CVC Capital Partners and The Carlyle Group, gaining experience on both buy and sell side private equity transactions.
