Joyce has significant experience in shareholder disputes, insurance-led disputes, with a particular focus on professional and financial risks and commercial arbitration.
She has advised clients under the rules of HKIAC, ICC, CIETAC and ad hoc UNCITRAL.
Joyce regularly acts for private and listed companies, directors and shareholders, and financial institutions.
Joyce is a member of our Insolvency, Restructuring & Dispute Resolution Group and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Experience and recent work
Before joining our Hong Kong office in 2026, Joyce worked for disputes practices in other international firms in Hong Kong.
