Aleisha Hollis joined Walkers' Bermuda office in 2023 where she is an Associate in the Corporate, Finance, Funds & Insurance Group.
She advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including transactional matters, securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, amalgamations, re-domestications, shipping and licensing and regulation of (re)insurance vehicles.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Aleisha worked in the corporate department of another top offshore law firm in Bermuda.
