Christina is a Vice President on the Fiduciary team at Walkers Professional Services

Christina provides directorship and relationship management services to a portfolio of asset and structured finance vehicles, including pre-delivery payment financing, ABS, sale-leaseback, joint venture platforms, and share trustee.

Christina has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and her depth of knowledge spans across various types of funds, structured finance transactions and trust structures. She has served as an independent director on a wide range of special purpose vehicles and structures including aircraft financing, CLOs/CDOs, securitizations, repackaging, private equity funds, and CIMA registered and non-registered funds.

Experience and recent work

Prior to joining Walkers Professional Services, Christina held roles as Associate Director, Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer at three other service providers in the industry, where she provided independent director services to both Cayman and BVI entities, liquidation services, board support services and administered a portfolio of corporate and private trusts.
