Cheryl specialises in asset management, investment funds and corporate matters.

She advises leading financial institutions and asset managers on fund launches, product development and cross-border transactions. Her practice also includes private mergers and acquisitions.

Experience and recent work

Before joining Walkers, Cheryl practised investment funds and corporate law at international and local firms in Hong Kong. She also completed a client secondment with UBS, supporting the Asia-Pacific asset management legal team.
