Christina specialises in Cayman Islands, BVI and Bermuda litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency.
Christina has a wide range of experience representing clients in a broad array of business sectors. Her experience includes advising clients in relation to shareholder disputes, joint venture disputes, winding up proceedings, arbitration-related court proceedings, enforcement of rights by creditors and investors, and fund related matters. Christina has also assisted with obtaining interim injunctive relief in aid of foreign proceedings before the Cayman Court, and seeking enforcement of arbitral awards and judgments across different jurisdictions.
Christina is a member of our Insolvency, Restructuring & Dispute Resolution Group. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Experience and recent work
Christina trained and practised in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Walkers, Christina worked in the Disputes team of Herbert Smith Freehills in Hong Kong.
