Halle advises clients on all aspects of corporate law, company formations, and corporate transactions, with a special interest in M&A deals.
Her corporate work spans, amongst others, private and public M&A transactions, incorporations, reorganisations, and migrations. In addition to transactional work, Halle assists with advising on matters involving directors and officers, corporate documents and governance.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining the Corporate team at Walkers, Halle trained as an Articled Clerk with the firm.
