Annaliese advises on corporate M&A and restructuring transactions, investment fund formations and capital raisings across open and closed ended structures.
She has a broad practice spanning corporate, funds and regulatory matters, including downstream private equity work and the provision of regulatory and structuring advice to funds, corporates and individuals. Annaliese regularly advises on investor-related issues, governance and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Experience and recent work
Annaliese joined Walkers’ Cayman Islands office in 2026, having previously been based in the Guernsey office since June 2023. She trained and qualified as a Guernsey Advocate and prior to that, as an English Solicitor, working with offshore law firms in Guernsey.
In her previous firms she also advised on finance including securitisation, HNW real estate finance and both NAV and sub-line fund financings, as well as private client and trusts advice and establishment.
