Prior to joining Walkers, Kimberly was employed by a global financial services firm, where she provided directorship services and fiduciary solutions across a range of fund structures and vehicles. She was previously a Trust and Fund Governance Oversight Specialist, overseeing a substantial portfolio of Cayman Islands unit trusts.
Earlier in her career, Kimberly spent six years on a fund governance team at another leading service provider. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently worked closely with a diverse portfolio of investment managers across multiple jurisdictions and strategies, addressing their governance needs.
