Kevin is an associate in the Global Investment Funds group.
Kevin advises on a wide range of private equity and hedge fund matters, along with general corporate matters, M&A transactions and Fintech. He regularly acts for leading investment managers, private equity houses and start up managers on both fund formation and ongoing corporate matters.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Kevin worked in the Securities Group in the Calgary office of DLA Piper (Canada) LLP. His prior experience included corporate commercial and securities law, assisting public and private companies in all aspects of corporate and capital market activity including but not limited to representing public and private companies and underwriters with public and private equity financings, initial public offerings, bought deal prospectus offerings, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate amalgamations and restructurings.
