Lacee advices on a broad range of banking and finance matters involving financial institutions and private fund sponsors.
Her practice includes advising on fund finance transactions, including subscription line, letter of credit and NAV facilities, as well as structured finance matters and asset backed lending structures involving special purpose vehicles and other banking and finance products secured by interests in Cayman Islands funds.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining the Finance team as an Associate in 2026, Lacee was a recipient of the 2022 Walkers Legal Scholarship. She graduated from The University of Law in 2023 with a Postgraduate Diploma in Law, before completing the Professional Practice Course at the Truman Bodden Law School, accredited by Oxford Brookes University, where she achieved a Distinction. Lacee also participated in the Walkers Legal Internship Programme in 2023.
