Justin Wretham is an associate in Walkers' Cayman Islands office and is a member of the Global Investment Funds Group.
He advises on a range of private equity and hedge fund matters, as well as general corporate and M&A transactions. Justin regularly acts for major investment banks, private equity houses and investment managers on both fund formation and ongoing corporate transactions.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2021, Justin worked in the Private Equity / Mergers & Acquisitions Group of the Sydney office of Australian law firm, King & Wood Mallesons. In this role Justin advised on a wide range of private M&A transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures, disposals, restructures, management incentive plans and other corporate advisory matters.
Justin was also previously an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges (London) LLP in London.
