Kevin Taylor is the Managing Partner of Taylors, a full service commercial law firm, working in exclusive association with Walkers.

Kevin is based in Bermuda where he leads a team of lawyers providing advice on all aspects of Bermuda law with particular emphasis on matters of corporate and international finance law and insolvency and dispute resolution.

Kevin specialises in commercial disputes, particularly liquidation proceedings, receiverships and asset recovery. He advises liquidators and receivers, financial institutions and a wide range of creditors in contentious insolvency matters and has made numerous appearances before the Supreme Court of Bermuda and Court of Appeal for Bermuda.
 

Prior to working with Walkers, Kevin was the Managing Director of Bermuda firm Marshall Diel & Myers Limited.  Upon his arrival in Bermuda in 2004, Kevin worked in the Litigation and Insolvency Group at Appleby.

Kevin is a member of INSOL and the Bermuda Bar Association.  He also sits on the Bermuda Permanent Arbitration Panel, which hears labour disputes in essential industries.​
