Kevin Taylor is the Managing Partner of Walkers Bermuda*.

Kevin is based in Bermuda where he leads a team of lawyers providing advice on all aspects of Bermuda law with particular emphasis on matters of corporate and international finance law and insolvency and dispute resolution.

Kevin specialises in commercial disputes, particularly liquidation proceedings, receiverships and asset recovery. He advises liquidators and receivers, financial institutions and a wide range of creditors in contentious insolvency matters and has made numerous appearances before the Supreme Court of Bermuda and Court of Appeal for Bermuda.

 

*Walkers works in exclusive association with Kevin Taylor, trading as 'Walkers Bermuda', a full service commercial law firm providing advice on all aspects of Bermuda law. The title of 'partner' is used to refer to a consultant or employee of Walkers Bermuda with equivalent standing and qualifications to a partner of Walkers.

Prior to working with Walkers, Kevin was the Managing Director of Bermuda firm Marshall Diel & Myers Limited.  Upon his arrival in Bermuda in 2004, Kevin worked in the Litigation and Insolvency Group at another leading offshore firm.
