Practice Areas

Victoria is a partner in the Walkers (Hong Kong) Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group. She specialises in Cayman Islands, BVI and Bermuda commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency. 

Victoria has a wide range of experience representing clients in Asia, Europe and the US in a broad array of business sectors.

Her experience includes advising clients in relation to commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, distressed investment vehicles, derivative actions, unfair prejudice claims, contentious valuation exercises, fund related matters, enforcement of rights, debt recovery and contentious issues relating to digital assets. She also provides both contentious and non-contentious advice relating to company law and banking issues.

Victoria has worked on matters before the Grand Court's Financial Services Division in the Cayman Islands, the Commercial Court in the BVI and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.

Prior to joining Walkers (Hong Kong), Victoria worked in the Financial and Corporate Litigation team at Ashurst LLP, London, during which she acted on a number of high-profile English High Court litigations and represented clients from a number of sectors including finance, funds, and professional services. She was also a Judicial Assistant to Judges in both the Chancery and Commercial Division of the High Court of England and Wales.  Victoria has also worked on secondment at a number of international banks including BNP Paribas, RBS and Goldman Sachs.
