Simon Luthar is an associate in the Finance & Corporate Group at Walkers in the Cayman Islands. He advises private equity sponsors, corporates and lenders, including alternative lenders, on international finance transactions involving Cayman entities.
Simon's experience includes advising on leveraged acquisition financing, bank lending and fund financing.
Prior to joining Walkers in 2021, Simon worked in the Leveraged Finance department of Sidley Austin in London. In 2017 he completed a secondment at Morgan Stanley (London), supporting the origination and syndication desk on loan and high-yield leveraged acquisition/LBO financings.
