Flora has experience in advising corporates, investment banks and financial institutions.
Flora is a member of our Corporate & Investment Funds Group. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Flora worked at US and PRC law firms in Hong Kong where she handled mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital raising transactions and regulatory and compliance matters for a wide range of clients who were principally involved in the banking and finance, entertainment, aviation and biotechnology industries.
