Giles Butcher

Giles Butcher is a senior counsel in Walkers' Cayman Islands office and is a member of the Finance group.
He advises on a variety of finance and corporate matters, including CLOs, securitisations, fund financing and corporate restructurings.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Giles worked in the Finance Group at another offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands and in the Banking and Finance Team at Macfarlanes in London.
