The transaction builds on a series of significant debt and equity financings involving leading regional and international investors and brings total capital raised to nearly US$700m, reflecting strong confidence in Property Finder’s strategy, scale and long-term growth prospects.

We are pleased to have advised its long-standing client, Property Finder, as British Virgin Islands legal counsel in connection with its debt and equity investment activities, acting on all aspects of British Virgin Islands law forming part of the overall transaction structure.

Our Finance team, led by partner Ciaran Bohnacker and senior associate Szymon Durlo, advised in particular on the British Virgin Islands aspects of the debt financing, including the facilities provided by HSBC, together with our Corporate team, headed by partner Reghard Smith with assistance from associate Danielle Meyer, who advised on the related equity elements of the fundraising and the related corporate structuring.
