Acting as Cayman Islands counsel to Catalyst Investment Partners' Industrial Outdoor Storage Fund

Our Cayman Investment Funds team was pleased to act as Cayman Islands counsel to Catalyst Investment Partners in the successful closing of its third fund, at its hard cap of US$400m. Catalyst is one of the most significant owners and operators of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets, applying a specialised market focus and deep sector expertise to target often overlooked properties in densely populated urban markets where supply constraints and high barriers to entry create compelling investment opportunities.

Our team was led by Cayman Islands Investment Funds partner Bicrom Das, working alongside senior counsel Erin Panton and associate Max Ankers. Cayman Islands regulatory advice was provided by partner Colm Dawson and associate Ollie Digby from our Regulatory and Risk Advisory Group.
