Strengthening Finance & Capital Markets practice with Stephen Hannigan hire

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Hannigan as a partner in our Finance & Capital Markets team in Dublin. 
 
Stephen advises international and domestic lenders, originators, investors, sponsors and trustees across a broad range of banking, securitisation and financial markets transactions, with particular expertise in structured finance, debt capital markets and fund finance.  
 
He joins our market-leading Finance & Capital Markets practice in Ireland, which comprises more than 35 dedicated fee-earners and is recognised as one of the largest and most prolific specialist finance teams in the market. The team is ranked among the leading advisers in Ireland across securitisation, structured finance, private credit, debt capital markets and fund finance.  
 
Stephen's appointment reflects our continued investment in our Irish business and follows a period of growth across both our legal and professional services operations, including the recent promotions of Clarissa Shortland to of counsel and James Winterlich to senior associate, and the appointments of Conor Healy as senior associate and Marliana Armengol as associate, within our Finance & Capital Markets practice, as well as the celebration of a significant milestone for WPS Ireland.
