It is the largest promotions round in the business' history, and the first since the completion of its co-investment with Vitruvian Partners.
The promotions span every level of the business and include four new senior promotions, five senior vice presidents, eight vice presidents and a number of further appointments across the WPS teams.
The new director promotions span the firm's international network, with appointments in the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Ireland and Dubai, reflecting the breadth of the WPS business and the strength of its leadership pipeline across markets.
Steven Manning, Chief Executive Officer of WPS, said: 'This year's promotions come at an exciting time for WPS. As we continue to grow and invest in the business, we are focused on strengthening the expertise and leadership that help our clients succeed. Those recognised today have earned the trust of colleagues and clients alike through the quality of their work and the contribution they make every day. I congratulate each of them on this well-deserved achievement and look forward to seeing the impact they will continue to have as WPS moves forward.'
The news comes during a period of significant investment and change for WPS. The business recently confirmed the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer, Frank Eggloff, and its co-investment with Vitruvian Partners and Walkers completed last month, marking the next stage in its long-term growth.
It follows another large promotion round across the Walkers law firm, which saw 112 colleagues promoted at all levels globally.
Our senior promotions in WPS are listed below:
* Proposed promotions that are subject to work permit or other regulatory approvals and will only become effective if the relevant approvals are obtained.
