Sze Min is a partner in the Investment Funds & Corporate Group in Walkers' Singapore office, advising on investment funds, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital market transactions.

She has a focus on Japan, working with Tokyo-based clients, including sponsors, financial institutions, and intermediaries, on unit trust investment fund mandates and cross-border investment transactions.

Experience and recent work

Prior to joining Walkers, Sze Min worked as a senior associate at Herbert Smith Freehills Prolegis in Singapore, where she advised on private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring and advisory, both in the local and cross-border context.

Sze Min completed her professional training with Drew & Napier in Singapore and joined its corporate and finance department, where she practised as a corporate/M&A lawyer.
