Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Sze Min worked as a senior associate at Herbert Smith Freehills Prolegis in Singapore, where she advised on private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring and advisory, both in the local and cross-border context. Sze Min completed her professional training with Drew & Napier in Singapore and joined its corporate and finance department on qualification in 2014, where she practised as a corporate/M&A lawyer.
