Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2021, Vicky worked as an associate in the Corporate and Business Transactions team of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Hong Kong, where she advised on transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and capital markets, both in the local and cross-border context. She started her career as a corporate associate with Duane Morris & Selvam, and thereafter joined the Listing Policy and Product Admission team of the Singapore Stock Exchange as an assistant vice president, before relocating to Hong Kong.
