Bruce Qiu

Prior to joining Walkers, Bruce was a Senior Associate at Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow, where he advised on a broad range of local and international corporate transactions, including private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, as well as fund investments and co-investments. He acted for a diverse client base comprising sovereign wealth funds, fund managers, private equity and venture capital firms, corporate venture capital arms, early-stage companies and global insurance groups across a wide range of sectors. 

Before that, Bruce practised at Bayfront Law LLC, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, funds and investment management matters.
