Matt Bernardo is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office where he is a partner in the firm's Global Investment Funds Group. He advises on a broad range of matters including private equity and hedge fund formation, downstream acquisitions and divestments, exits, end-of-life issues, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and upper tier structuring of general partners. Matt advises a broad range of clients from start-up managers to some of the world's largest investment firms.
