Advising Crestline on strategic acquisition by Rithm Capital

Our Cayman Islands team are advising valued client Crestline Management, L.P. (Crestline) in respect of its acquisition by Rithm Capital Corp. (Rithm), a global alternative asset manager.
 
Crestline, a leading alternative investment manager with US$17bn in assets under management, will become part of Rithm’s expanding global platform, which will now offer a broader range of strategies across credit, real estate, insurance and reinsurance. 
 
Our team was led by Cayman Islands partner Bicrom Das, alongside associates Arezou Rezai, Lauren Bond and Sabrina Mitchell.
