Our Cayman Islands team recently acted as Cayman counsel to funds managed by Apollo on their strategic minority investment in vVARDIS Holding AG, a high-growth Swiss dental medtech company focused on non-invasive treatment solutions.
The investment coincides with vVARDIS achieving unicorn status, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey and reflecting strong investor confidence in its innovative technology and global expansion strategy.
Headquartered in Switzerland, vVARDIS is a pioneer in advanced oral healthcare, including its flagship Curodont™ technology, a drill-free treatment for early-stage tooth decay. The company has experienced rapid commercial growth, driven by increasing global demand for preventative and minimally invasive dental care.
Apollo funds’ investment will support vVARDIS’ ongoing global expansion, alongside advancing the development and commercialisation of its product suite, building on earlier funding that has driven the worldwide rollout of its technologies.
