Bethany advises investment banks, investment managers and private equity houses on a wide range of private equity and hedge fund matters.
Her expertise covers the full fund lifecycle, including the structuring and formation of funds, downstream activities, and de‑registration and winding up. She also has experience in general corporate matters and M&A transactions, supporting clients across a broad spectrum of transactional needs.
Bethany advises on the establishment and structuring of foundation companies and on projects involving cryptoassets, decentralised finance and blockchain focused funds.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers in 2023, Bethany was an Associate in the Corporate group at Pinsent Masons LLP in Birmingham. In this role she gained broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and corporate advisory. As part of her training Bethany undertook a secondment to E.ON UK, one of the largest suppliers of energy in the United Kingdom.
