Martin Davies is based in Walkers’ Cayman Islands office where he is a associate in the Global Investment Funds Group. He specialises in private equity fund formation and investment transactions, and general corporate work. He has experience advising in investment funds of other types including hedge funds. Martin’s practice also extends to Trade and Business Licensing Law and Local Companies (Control) Law matters. Martin acts on behalf of a large number of the major private equity houses and their onshore counsel, fund managers, investment banks and financial institutions and corporations.
Martin completed his professional training with Walkers and was admitted as an attorney at law in the Cayman Islands in March 2010.
